How To Avoid Negative Marking In NDA Exam: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the NDA exam twice a year. Candidates who want to serve nationally in defence services Air Force, Navy, and Army can appear in the NDA. The minimum eligibility requirement is that class 12th pass out.
