There are certain important points related to Coast Guard eligibility for AC which are as follows:
Candidates who have appeared in their final year or final semester exams and are waiting for results can apply, provided they have no pending back papers. During the final selection board, these candidates can submit a provisional or original degree certificate issued by the university.
Candidates who have been expelled from another service training academy due to misconduct are not eligible to apply.
Candidates should not have a history of detention, guilt in criminal proceedings, or any criminal record.
Reserved category candidates can apply as unreserved if there are no openings specifically designated for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy)/EWS category candidates. However, they won't be eligible for any age or passing mark concessions or relaxations. Only SC/ST candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
