IDBI Executive Educational Qualification
A Graduate
from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. The university should be recognized/approved by the Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Computer Literacy:
Operating and working knowledge of computer is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centers followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. Graduate candidates will be recruited on contract basis for 3 years.

There are 4 sections in the IDBI Executive Exam 2023- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT.
