SBI Clerk Document Verification Date 2025: It is time for the final step for the candidates who cleared all the stages of SBI Clerk 2025. After Clearing the mains examination followed by qualifying the local language test, candidates need to appear for Document Verification (DV). 

State Bank of India (SBI) will soon make an announcement for the SBI Clerk Document Verification Date 2025 and Joining Date. Candidates must keep an eye on the career portal of SBI www.sbi.co.in and their registered email id for further proceeding.

SBI Clerk Document Verification Date 2025

Candidates who have successfully cleared all rounds of the selection process—including Prelims, Mains, and the Language Test will need to attend the document verification. The SBI Clerk Document Verification Date for 2025 will be announced shortly.

Candidates are advised to prepare all required documents carefully along with the self attested photo copies of the testimonials and adhere strictly to the instructions provided by SBI to ensure a smooth verification and joining process.

Failing to appear for the SBI JA DV (Document Verification) on the scheduled date may lead to cancellation of the candidature.

SBI Clerk Document Verification Documents Required 

Those candidates who are qualified as per the SBI Clerk Final Merit List must appear for the DV round along with all the required documents. Here are the details and eligibility are cross checked in the application and in the original documents. If any forge and discrepancy is found in details mentioned in the online application and documents they are disqualified.

SBI Clerk Document Verification Documents Required are Educational Certifications, Proof of Birth, Caste Certificate, Character Certificate, etc.

• Proof of Birth: You can provide either your Class 10th certificate or your Birth Certificate as proof of your date of birth.
• Educational Certificates: Please submit your mark sheets and certificates for Class 10th and 12th, your Graduation degree, along with all semester or yearly mark sheets.
• Identity Proof (choose any one): Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License will be accepted.
• Category Certificate (if applicable): If you belong to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories, please provide a valid certificate issued in the Central Government format.
• Ex-Servicemen Documents (if applicable): Submit your discharge certificate or any official service document.
• Character Certificates: You need two character certificates — one from your most recent educational institution and another from a gazetted officer.
• PwD Certificate (if applicable): If you have a disability, please provide a certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer or an authorized medical board.
• Photographs: Attach three recent passport-sized color photographs.
• NOC (if currently employed in government or PSU): If you are working in a government office or PSU, please provide a No Objection Certificate from your current employer.

SBI Clerk Joining Date 2025

SBI Clerk Joining Date 2025 will be announced along with the DV dates through an official notice by SBI. After the satisfactory screening of Documents, candidates are selected as the SBI Junior Associates in the several branches of SBI across the States and Union Territories.
