The IDBI Specialist Officers (SO) Probation Period is one year from the date of joining. During this time, candidates are assessed on their performance, integrity, and suitability for specialist officer job roles such as Risk Management, Digital Banking, Information Technology, Legal, etc. Successful completion of this probation is required for confirmation as permanent employees, At the bank's discretion it may extend the probation period if required or not satisfied with the employee.
