IDBI SO Selection Process 

1. Preliminary Screening: Candidates are initially screened for IDBI SO Vacancy 2025 based on their eligibility criteria such as age, educational qualifications, and relevant work experience as declared in their application. This stage is purely qualification and experience-based with no written test involved. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria are shortlisted for the next stage.
2. Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates are called for a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. • Age Proof Certificates: 10th or 12th standard marksheet, school leaving certificate, or birth certificate.

• Caste/Tribe/Class Certificate (if applicable): Must be in the Central Government format, issued by a competent authority as per government guidelines, and valid for the relevant financial year.
