AP SET 2024: Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam released the final APSET Answer Key for 2024 on May 24, 2024. You can download the APSET final answer key 2024 PDF from their official website: apset.net.in . This final key is now available for all subjects.
Earlier, on May 1, 2024, the provisional answer key for Paper 1 and Paper 2 for all 30 subjects was released. This key contained the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. Along with the provisional answers, a link was provided for candidates to raise objections or submit grievances. The deadline to submit these objections was May 3, 2024.

The Higher Education (CE) Department and UGC, New Delhi, will conduct the AP SET 2024 on 28th April 2024, as per G.O.Ms.No.47. This exam is for recruiting and promoting Lecturers/ Assistant Professors in universities and degree colleges, following the U.G.C. Updated Guidelines 2023. The university has given a time frame of 3rd May 2024, up to 4 p.m., for the candidates to go through the provisional answer key and challenge if they find any discrepancies. This fee is non-refundable, and the challenges should be submitted using the prescribed link only. AP SET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for AP SET 2024 require candidates to meet certain qualifications:- Candidates must secure at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognised by UGC. Candidates from reserved categories (BC/SC/ST/Transgender/PwD) must secure at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in their Master’s degree or equivalent examination.
- Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of their master’s degree and are awaiting results, or whose qualifying examinations have been delayed, are eligible to apply. However, they will be provisionally admitted and must produce their mark sheet within a specified duration, failing which they will be disqualified.
- Candidates holding a PhD degree, with their master's degree completed by September 1991 (regardless of the day of the announcement of the result), will be eligible for a 5% relaxation in the aggregate marks.
- Transgender candidates will be granted the same relaxation in fee, age, and qualifying criteria as available to SC/ST/PwD categories.
- Candidates are allowed to appear on the subject of their masters only. However, those whose post-graduation subject is not listed in the AP SET subjects may appear in a related subject.
AP SET 2024 Age Limit
