The Kerala SET January 2025 Notification was released on 13th September 2024 on the LBS Centre for Science & Technology website. The Kerala SET examination is conducted by the LBS Centre for Science & Technology & Government of Kerala to select candidates for the position of Lecturer in various universities and colleges in Kerala. Steps to Fill Kerala SET Online Form 2025

Step 1: Mobile Number Registration

• Provide a valid mobile number for Kerala SET Registration 2025.
• Verify whether the number is already registered. If not, receive an OTP (One Time Password) to the mobile number.
• Enter the OTP to proceed with online Kerala SET Registration 2025.

Step 2: Filling Online Application Form

• Fill in the details without mistake in the Data Entry screen.
• Subject opted for SET must be the same as the subject of specialization at the Post Graduate (PG) level.
• Differently abled candidates must enter their details carefully, including percentage of disability, type of disability, and whether a scribe is required.
• Select Community: Candidates without any community reservation can opt as General. OBC candidates who belong to the creamy layer are not eligible for mark relaxation.
• OBC-Non Creamy Layer candidates must enter valid Non-Creamy layer certificate details during online registration.
• SC/ST candidates must produce an attested copy of their caste certificate at the time of obtaining SET Certificate.

Step 3: Uploading Photo

• Upload a photo with a maximum size of 30 KB and dimensions of 200 pixel height and 150 pixel width, with a clear background.
• Click "Choose file" and then "Upload" to upload the photo.

• Take a printout of the submitted application form.
• Keep the printed application form for future reference.
• Differently challenged candidates must send the printout of their online application and a copy of their disability certificate (attested by a Gazetted Officer) to The Director, LBS Centre for Science & Technology.

• Clear Face and Shoulder : The face and shoulder of the candidate should be clearly visible in the photo.
• White/ Light Colored Background : The background of the photo should be white or light-colored.
• Image Size and Format : The photo should be 200 pixels in height, 150 pixels in width, with a file size not exceeding 30 KB, in JPG format.
• Central Focus : The face should be centrally focused and at the center of the photograph.
• Open Eyes : The eyes should be open and vivid.
• No Headgear : The photo should not show any headgear, except those worn for religious purposes.
• No Unclear or Partial Face : The photo should not show only a portion of the face or an unclear face.
• No Uniform : The photo should not show the candidate wearing a uniform.
• Not Taken by Mobile Phone, Webcam, or Polaroid Camera : Photos taken by mobile phone, webcam, or Polaroid camera are not acceptable. Computer-generated photos are also not allowed.
• Light-Colored Dress : The photo should show the candidate wearing a light-colored dress.
