The BSc HHA is among India's most popular undergraduate hotel management degrees. HHA Eligibility Criteria

  • All the candidates primarily need to pass the NCHMCT JEE exam in order to enrol in the top-ranked hotel management colleges in India.
  • Furthermore, the age for all the UR/OBC applicants must be below 25 years. However, ST/SC candidates get three years of relaxation on the upper age limit. Therefore, ST/SC candidates must be below 28 years.
  • 10+2 or other equivalent exam is the least education qualification for taking admission to B.Sc. HHA. Additionally, candidates must qualify English as a core, elective, or functional subject in the qualifying examination.
  • Furthermore, to take the NCHMCT JEE exam, students appearing for 10+2 or comparable examinations are eligible for provisional admission. However, they must provide documentsforf passing the school exam during counselling. 
  • At the time of admission, admittance is subjected to the original document verification. Additionally, the NCHMCT's decision on eligibility will be final.

Specialities Available for BSc. HHA?

Broadly, there are two courses available for Hospitality and Hotel Administration. These include BSc. HHA (Specialized) and BSc. HHA (Generic). Additionally, the syllabus of both courses remains similar for the first three semesters. However, from the fourth semester, students get a specialisation according to their merit and performance in the first two semesters.

Food Production Administration

The food production course prepares candidates for a job in the global food sector. For this, they are educated about food processing, quality assurance, and business management.
