Post A to D
A postgraduate diploma from a university with government approval and a diploma or certificate in Hindi to English and vice versa translation from a recognised institute, or two years of experience in Hindi to English translation and vice versa in a Central or State Government Office, including organizations run by the Government of India.
Post E
A postgraduate degree from an institution recognised by the government, a diploma or certificate in Hindi to English translation, or three years of experience in Hindi to English translation at a state or federal government office, including one run by the government of India.
