OAS

OAS stands for the Odisha Administrative Service, an exam carried out by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). This exam looks after the recruitment of different administrative officers in Odisha. The exam consists of three rounds. These are prelims, main, and interview. Candidates have to clear all three rounds to become a part of the administrative services of Orissa. The difficulty level of this exam is usually really high as the competition is also very high. Thousands of candidates appear for this exam every year. The examination pattern can be compared to that of the UPSC. But the complexity level of the OAS exam is a lot lower than UPSC.
