
The full form of OSCB is Odisha State Co-operative Bank. It is one of the Scheduled State Co-operative banks of India. Further, OSCB was enumerated as a cooperative bank under the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act on April 2, 1948.
As a cooperative bank, OSCB works for the credit requirements of the farm families of the state and promotes their economic upliftment. Notably, the Odisha State Co-operative Bank works under the policy guidelines of the Co-operative Societies Act of 1904.

Preliminary Test: OSCB conducts the Preliminary written test as the first stage of the exam. The duration of this exam is 60 minutes (1 hour), and students have to solve a total of 100 questions from three different sections.
These include English (30 questions), Numerical Ability (35 questions), and Reasoning Ability (35 questions). The pre-exam is a total of 100 marks.
Mains Test: It is the second stage of the OSCB exam’s written test. There are a total of 160 questions asked from four different sections (40 questions each). This includes General and Financial Awareness in addition to English, Reasoning, and Numerical ability.
Notably, the merit list is based on the main exam. However, students must pass both these exams.
