Tips to Crack the RJS Examination

Here are the pointers to remember while you are preparing for the RJS Examination

  1. Revision

For candidates seeking to work as judges in the Indian state of Rajasthan, the RJS (Rajasthan Judicial Services) exam is extremely difficult. For students to succeed in this exam, preparation is essential. The following are some advantages of studying for the RJS test:

  • Information Retention: Revising solidifies the concepts and ideas that were gained throughout the learning process, which aids in information retention.
  • Doubt clarification: During revision, applicants have the ability to address any questions or concerns they have regarding ideas they first had trouble understanding.
  • Finding Weaknesses: Candidates can find their weaknesses and places for growth with revision. They can then concentrate on improving those areas where they are weak.
  • Time Management: Revision aids in time management by enabling candidates to schedule their study time in accordance with their preparation needs and areas of strength and weakness. They are able to devote the appropriate amount of time to each subject and issue.
  • Confidence Booster: When applicants become more accustomed to the exam format, question kinds, and scoring system, they become more confident. Also, it encourages individuals to do better on test day by lowering exam anxiety.
  • Improves Speed and Accuracy: As candidates practice more and more questions, revision aids in improving their speed and accuracy. Also, it enables individuals to improve their time management abilities and finish the exam within the allotted time.
  1. Practice

Practicing question papers is as important as revising the concepts.

Take a book from any publication which has a good set of practice question papers and start solving those papers in a timed condition. This will help in building the temperament for the actual paper. Practising question papers will also give you an idea about how the questions are being asked in the examination.

  1. Divide the syllabus

Dividing the syllabus into three parts. Firstly the part which has questions in every exam. Secondly, the part from which questions are asked but the probability is less but still carries a good amount of marks. Lastly, the part from which not many questions are asked. Remember this part will help you in scoring those extra marks in the examination from other candidates so covering these topics is also equally important. You can cover this topic in the end after covering the first two parts.

  1. Health

Consuming fresh, nutritious food is important for general health, including mental health. A healthy diet should contain fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and healthy fats. These meals offer vital nutrients that support healthy bodily processes, preserve energy levels, and enhance cognitive function. Fresh foods have more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than processed or junk food, which helps to maintain the health of the body and mind.

A healthy lifestyle requires adequate sleep, which must be of high quality. The body rejuvenates and restores itself while the brain consolidates knowledge acquired throughout the day. Lack of sleep can result in drowsiness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Adults should get between 7-8 hours of sleep each night. To encourage a healthy sleep-wake cycle, it is imperative to keep a regular sleep schedule.

Advantages of excellent health for focus: Healthy eating habits and enough sleep help to maintain good health, which benefits concentration. The mind functions more effectively when the body is healthy, which aids in memory retention and aids in maintaining attention to the task at hand. Clear thinking is encouraged by good health, and this is essential for learning and memory retention.

  1. Consistency

Doing this all for only a certain amount of time is not enough for cracking the RJS examination. You need to revise daily, you need to practice question papers daily, and you need to track your lifestyle daily in order to ace the examinations. As it is said consistency is the key, and it is important to do these things every day without fail.

The to-do list is a thing that can help you in completing your daily tasks.

Write down all the tasks you want to perform the night before.

As soon as you perform those tasks mark a tick in front of that task in your To Do list. This will make you feel good about yourself and maintain your consistency.

  1. Using Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro technique is the method to which you are alluding. It is a time management technique intended to increase productivity and maintain attention on a certain job. Using intervals of labour that are typically 25 minutes long and are separated by brief rests is the strategy. To further explain the Pomodoro technique, consider the following:

  • Working in concentrated intervals: The Pomodoro approach calls for concentrated intervals of work that last, on average, 25 minutes. You devote this time to completing a single task without interruption or diversion.
  • Taking brief breaks: You take a brief rest, usually lasting 5 to 10 minutes, after each 25-minute period. You can take a break from your work, stretch your legs, get some fresh air, or engage in another activity to clear your mind at this time.
  • Productivity improvement: The Pomodoro technique boosts output by segmenting work into shorter, more manageable chunks. You can avoid distractions and accomplish more in less time by concentrating on one job for a predetermined period of time.
  • Preventing burnout: By allowing you to take brief rests in between work intervals, the Pomodoro technique helps to reduce burnout. This can enhance focus and concentration while preventing weariness.
  • Enhancing time management: The Pomodoro technique enables you to prioritize work and concentrate on one activity at a time, which enhances time management. You can more effectively manage your time and finish projects by dividing work into intervals.
