West Bengal Public Service Commission is the full form of WBPSC.

What is WBPSC?

WBPSC is an body that administers exams for prestigious positions within the West Bengali government.  The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) was set up under the Government of India Act 1935 on 1 April 1937. WBCS is conducted in West Bengal by WBPSC. The primary goal of the WBPSC's WBCS is to select and hire government employees for several government agencies, including administration, law enforcement, land records, and land income.

The examination fees for the WBPSC Exam are Rs. 210 (two hundred and ten rupees only), plus any applicable service fees.

WBPSC Eligibility Requirements

• A degree from a reputable university.

Registration Process for the WBPSC Exam

The registration process for the WBPSC exam is as follows:

• Step 1: Candidates must first visit the West Bengal Public Service Commission's official website.
• Step 2: On the right side of the website, select the "One-time Registration" option.
• Step 3: Candidates will be directed to the application form webpage after clicking the registration tab. They must complete the application form with the required information.
• Step 4: Press the "Register" button after completing the form.
• Step 5: The applicants will receive an OTP on their registered number after the form has been submitted successfully.
• Step 6: Applicants can log into their accounts after receiving their enrollment number and password.

The enrollment/registration process is now complete.

Application Process of WBPSC Exam

Candidates must adhere to the following procedure to apply for the WBPSC exam:

• Step 1: Go to the WBPSC official website and sign in with your credentials.
• Step 2: After logging in, the candidate will be taken to the dashboard, where a form will appear. Fill out all of the essential fields by clicking 'Application Details'. Select the 'Save and Continue' option.
• Step 3: The candidate must provide a passport-sized photograph and a scanned image of their signature. This will be done using the 'Upload photo' and 'Signature' sections.
• Step 4: The candidate will be taken to the 'My Application (s)' page. Choose the appropriate post based on the exam. If the individual meets the eligibility requirements for the exam, they must click the 'Continue' option.
• Step 5: The application form will display all of the candidate's information. If they meet the age and category requirements, they must tick the box 'Indicate eligible for the current post' and then click 'Continue'.
• Step 6: Fill in all the academic information and required fields in the form, then click the 'Save & Continue option.
• Step 7: Candidates will be led to a new form where they must input their preferred examination centre, race, and other information. When finished, click 'Save & Continue'. This section does not apply to all posts.
• Step 8: The candidate can view all the entries made in the various areas of the application form. They must click on the 'Back to My Application' area to make adjustments.

WBPSC Exam Admit Card

The WBPSC Admit Card will be available on the official website of WBPSC. It will be released ten to twelve days before the exam. The candidates must bring the WBPSC Admit Card to the examination centre. The WBPSC Admit Card will contain the following significant information:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Photograph
• Registration number
• Name of Exam Centre
• Date of Exam
• Reporting Time

The ways to download the WBPSC Admit Card are as follows:

• Step 1: Go to the WBPSC website.
• Step 2: Look for the section on admit cards on the official website.
• Step 3: Enter your login information, including your registration id and password.
• Step 4: Keep a printout of the admit card you downloaded to your screen.
