Candidates should have ITI, Diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech). BMRCL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age for SC/ST/Cat I candidates: 33 years
- Maximum Age for candidates under Cat IIa, IIb, IIIa, III b: 38 years

BMRCL Graduate Engineer Salary and Contract
- Graduate Engineers will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000.
- They will also have medical and personal accident insurance coverage, along with contributions to the Company's superannuation fund and gratuity, in addition to their salary.
- Initially, the contract appointment will be for a period of 2 years. If needed, either the employee or the company can end the contract by providing 3 months' notice or paying the contractual salary for three months in lieu of the notice period.
