IIT Dhanbad M.Tech Placements-
The Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad, offers a Career Development Centre that handles student placements. The Career Development Centre (CDC) is dedicated to supporting students in furthering their careers by providing them with advantageous placement possibilities.
It also introduces students to opportunities for improved preparation by hosting a variety of training sessions and interactive workshops to stimulate student participation and assist them in gaining better employment, exploring entrepreneurship, and improving their careers through IIT Dhanbad placement campaigns. CDC assists in the development of hard and soft skills by utilizing both internal and external faculty.
The IIT Dhanbad achieved a great position in offering lucrative placements to students in various core companies. The students can attend the placement drive for their preferred companies to achieve a decent package.
The institute has published the placement report 2023. The 1,082 students who were placed received a total of 1,154 job offers. In addition, 234 PPOs were offered during IIT Dhanbad placements 2023, with 199 accepted.
The average package at IIT Dhanbad was INR 16.98 LPA, with the highest package offered at INR 56 LPA. Furthermore, 11 international offers were made. The institute has also issued internship information for the 2024 batch. A total of 536 internship offers were made, with stipends ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 2 lakh per month.
