To be eligible for the NIT Goa M.Tech Admission 2024, applicants must meet the following requirements:- Applicants should have completed a B.E. or B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% marks for the OC, OC-EW, and OB categories. For SC/ST/PwD students, a 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or equivalent is acceptable.
- A relaxation of 5% in marks is provided for SC/ST/PwD applicants.
- Applicants with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree who have finished a five-year integrated program are also allowed to apply for NIT Goa M.Tech admissions.

NIT Goa M.Tech Admission 2024- How to Apply?
Applicants with certifications from professional societies (IE, ICE, IETE, AeSI, IIChemE, IIM, and IIE) who enrolled on or before May 31, 2015, are also eligible for CCMT counseling conducted for NIT Goa M.Tech Admission 2024. Seat allotment is going to be based on merit, seat availability, and course/institute selection. A valid GATE Scorecard, either from 2022, 2023, or 2024, is required for counseling. NIT Goa M.Tech Program Structure
The NIT Goa M.Tech program is designed for a minimum duration of 2 years. However, students may extend their studies for up to six semesters on medical grounds.- All instruction, examinations, and project work will be conducted in English.
- The institute follows a credit-based semester system with two semesters each year: Odd Semester: July to December and Even Semester: January to June.
- Mid-Term Exam: One mid-term examination of 1.5 hours for each lecture-based or lecture-cum practical course.
- End-Term Exam: One end-term examination of 3 hours for each lecture-based or lecture-cum practical course.
- Attendance: M.Tech students must secure a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for end-term exams.
