Top 100 All India Rankers To Receive INR 3 Lakh Scholarships : IIT Kanpur’s alumnus Lokveer Kapur provides INR 3 lakh scholarships to the top 10 candidates in the merit list of JEE Advanced. This scholarship will be provided for four years.

Top 100 All India Rankers To Receive INR 3 Lakh Scholarships : IIT Kanpur is going to provide scholarships for four consecutive years to the top 100 ranked meritorious students in JEE Advanced. Institute’s alumnus Lokveer Kanpur will give this scholarship.
It was started in the year 2021. Ten prestigious and highly sought-after academic scholarships are going to be given to the students of B.Tech and BS said the institute’s Director Prof. Manindra Aggrwal. Eligible candidates will get a scholarship worth 3 lakh. The living expenses and tuition fees of the students during their studies at IIT Kanpur will be covered under this scholarship. The scholarship will be provided for four years. Students who will take admission in B.Tech and BS courses in the academic session 2024-2027 will be given this scholarship. Students have to maintain a CPI of 8.0 to continue the scholarship for all four years. During your stay at IIT Kanpur, all expenses including living, tuition fees, and food will be covered under this scholarship. Institute’s alumnus Lokveer Kapur first started it in the year 2021 to encourage and reward students who secures high ranks in the merit list. The main aim of providing this scholarship is that no students who are getting a good rank in merit should miss out on getting a good education due to lack of money. Students need to pay approximately INR 12 Lakhs as a course fee for B.Tech and BS courses at IIT Kanpur. This scholarship will cover all the tuition fees, boarding and lodging expenses, health insurance, books, mess, hostel fees, and transport. The tuition fees at IIT Kanpur is INR 2 lakh. Hostel fees, mess, books, medical insurance, and other expenses can cost INR 1 lakh annually. In the NIRF rankings of the Government of India, IIT Kanpur is the fourth in the country.
