JEE Main Seat Matrix 2024 : JoSAA is going to release the updated JEE Main Seat Matrix 2024 with the official notification. According to last year’s data, candidates were offered 57,152 seats at 114 participating colleges through JoSAA Counselling. There are 23,945 seats in NITs, 17,385 seats in IITs, 7,746 seats in IIITs, and 8,067 in GFITs offered through JoSAA Counselling.

Q.1. What is seat matrix in nit?
Ans. As per JEE Main Seat Matrix, the total number of seats in NITs and IIITs are 23954 and 7746 respectively. Candidates have to participate in JoSAA Counselling to obtain a seat in NITs or IIITs.
Q.2 : What is the seat matrix in Counselling?
Ans. Seat matrix in counselling is the number of offered seats across the participating universities for each course. The seat matrix is released by JoSAA for JEE Main exam.
