Is IPMAT tougher than the SET Exam?

1. Both exams cover similar topics, such as Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability.

1. Exam Structure:
   • IPMAT has three sections: two parts of Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice Question and Short Answers) and Verbal Ability.
   • SET has four sections: Quantitative Ability, General English, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness.

   • IPMAT follows a (+4) for correct answers and deducts (-1) for incorrect responses.

IPMAT (Indian Institute of Management Indore): Eligibility Criteria

1. Finish Class 12 from a known school.
2. Get at least 60% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12 (or 55% if you belong to special groups like SC/ST/PwD/Transgender).
3. Pass your Class 12 exams in 2022, 2023, or you're expected to pass by July 30, 2024.
4. Be 20 years old or younger by July 30, 2024.

SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test): Eligibility Criteria

1. Complete Class 12 from a known school.
2. Have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12.
3. You can apply even if you are still taking your Class 12 Board exams.
4. Unlike IPMAT, there's no specific age limit for SET.

IPMAT and SET: Fees

• For General and Non-Creamy OBC Category: INR 4,130
• For SC, ST, and Persons With Disabilities (PWD): INR 2,065

• Registration fee for one paper: INR 2,250
• If you choose more institutions to send your SET scores to, you need to pay an additional INR 1,000 for each institute.
