IPMAT Indore Selection Process 2025 is the important way for students who want to join the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Indore. This process has two main steps: The first step is selecting students based on their performance in the IPMAT exam, which will take place on May 12, 2025. The second step is a Personal Interview (PI) that will be held in the third week of July 2025. IPMAT Indore Selection Process 2025 Stage Wise

• Stage 1: Application Process begins with online registration, which opened on February 14, 2025, through the official IIM Indore website. The application fee is INR 4130 for General category candidates and INR 2065 for reserved category candidates.
• Stage 2: IPMAT Exam 2025 is the entrance test scheduled for May 12, 2025. The exam evaluates candidates on quantitative ability, verbal ability, and logical reasoning through multiple-choice and short-answer questions.
• Stage 3: Shortlisting for Personal Interview follows, where candidates must clear sectional cutoffs to qualify for the Personal Interview (PI). Shortlisting is based on candidates' raw scores and their performance in each section of the exam.  
• Stage 4: Personal Interview (PI), shortlisted candidates will be called for an offline interview, likely in the second week of June 2025. The PI assesses candidates' academic record, general awareness, and communication skills.
• Stage 5: Final Merit List and Selection involves the calculation of a composite score, where 65% of the weightage is given to the IPMAT exam score and 35% to the PI score. The merit list is prepared based on this composite score, and provisional admission offers are made in accordance with Government of India reservation norms.

Selection Process After IPMAT Examination

1. Personal Interview (PI) After the WAT, candidates attend a personal interview lasting about 20-30 minutes. The interview focuses on their personal background, studies, general knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
2. Final Selection and Merit List After the WAT and PI, a merit list is created based on the candidate's scores in the IPMAT, WAT, and PI. Final selection is based on a weighted score, often giving more importance to the exam (e.g., 65% for the exam and 35% for the interview).

• International Applicants : International students may follow a slightly different process, such as using SAT scores instead of IPMAT, followed by the WAT and PI rounds.
