AIBE 21 Last Minute Preparation Tips: The AIBE 21 exam date has been announced, and the paper will be held on June 7, 2026. Candidates should maintain a checklist to carry all the required documents. Identity Proof Requirements

Candidates must present their Admit Card alongside a Government-issued photo identity proof, such as an Aadhar card, for entry. Entry will be denied without the Admit Card.The admit card and ID proofs are the required documents needed to complete the security check at the center. Keep all the documents handy and printed in a proper way. Therefore, security authority can verify the documents and allow the candidates to write the AIBE 21 exam on June 7, 2026. 

Examination Center Guidelines For AIBE 21 Exam

Candidates should follow the AIBE 21 exam center guidelines provided by the exam conducting authority. They can reach the exam centre early and complete the entry-related formalities at the center without any issues. 

Reporting Time and Verification

Candidates should report to the examination center at least one hour before the scheduled time. It is highly advisable to verify the exam center address on the Admit Card the night before, using resources like Google Maps to prevent reaching the wrong location or being late. If feasible, visit the center a day prior to familiarise yourself with the location.

Permitted and Prohibited Items

Allowed Items

  • Bare Acts (without any notes or comments)

Disallowed Items

  • Mobile phones

  • Smartwatches

  • Handbags, bags

  • Calculators

  • Electronic gadgets or equipment

  • Any paper, books, or notes (other than permitted Bare Acts)

  • Handwritten notes

Consequence: Carrying any unauthorised notes will result in being sent back and denied permission to take the exam.

Examination Hall Protocol

Candidates need to follow the exam hall protocol to appear for the exam. The authority has set some guidelines for the candidates to maintain the same thing at the centre for the exam. Candidates need to reach the test centre early to appear in the exam with the relevant documents include the admit card. There is an exit policy set for the candidates. All the candidates should leave the exam hall together after submitting the answer sheets. 

Exit Policy

Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the allotted time ends. The answer sheet must be submitted before exiting the hall.

Permitted Writing Instruments

Candidates must use either a blue ballpoint pen or a black ballpoint pen.

Prohibited Writing Instruments and Materials

Gel pens, ink pens, and whiteners are strictly disallowed.

Consequence: Using gel pens, ink pens, or a whitener will result in the answer sheet not being checked.

OMR Sheet Accuracy

All necessary details, including roll number and question booklet set, must be filled correctly and accurately on the OMR sheet. Candidates should enter all the details in the AIBE OMR sheet carefully. Any mistakes can lead to disqualification of the candidate in the AIBE exam.

Special Provisions for Candidates with Disabilities

Candidates with 40% or more disability will be granted an additional 20 minutes of extra time to complete the examination.

It is crucial to remember that only Bare Acts without any comments or notes are permitted in the examination hall. Bare Acts containing comments or notes will not be allowed.
