  • Educational Qualification:
    • A Degree in Law from a recognized university in India.
    • Must have a Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate.
    • Must pass the Gujarati Language Proficiency Test (except those who have passed SSC/HSC with Gujarati as a subject).

    • Must be practising as an Advocate in Civil or Criminal Courts or
    • Must be working in the High Court of Gujarat, Subordinate Courts, or Legal Departments.
    • Law graduates from 2009-2010 onwards must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
