According to the latest notice (RC/0719/2024-25) issued by the Gujarat High Court on 22nd May 2025, the recruitment process is now resumed following a Supreme Court order dated 20th May 2025.
As per the notice, "The Preliminary Examination and Test of Gujarati Language will now be conducted on 29th June 2025 (Sunday)."

Candidates must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) if their law degree was obtained in or after the academic year 2009-2010.
