Odia Language Requirement: Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed standard Class-X or Middle School Odia language tests.
OPSC APP Selection Process 2026 comprises the selection rounds to evaluate the skills of the applicants who have applied for the recruitment. There are three stages: the preliminary exam, main exam, and interview.
Preliminary Exam (100 Marks): Objective multiple-choice question screening test covering major legal subjects. The duration is 2 hours, with 25% negative marking for wrong answers.
Main Written Exam (600 Marks): Subjective exam consisting of 4 papers (150 marks each): General English, Criminal Major Laws, Criminal Minor Laws, and Miscellaneous Laws.
Interview / Personality Test (50 Marks): Viva-voce test for candidates shortlisted from the main written exam.
Selected candidates will receive competitive pay under the Odisha State Prosecution Service. OPSC APP Salary 2026 includes the basic salary with the allowances added to it.
Pay Scale: Level 10 of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017.
