  • Enrolment as an Advocate in the Bar Council of any state or Union Territory in India.

Limit of Chances

  • All candidates are given 3 chances. After that, they are not allowed to appear.
  • SC/ST/OBC candidates are allowed a maximum of 5 chances.

Number of Attempts for West Bengal Judicial Services Examination

After exhausting these three attempts, candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam again.
