Step 1: Invitation for Counselling

Step 2: Counselling Registration Fee Payment

  • General category candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs. 30,000, while candidates from ST/SC/OBC/EWS/PwD categories must pay Rs. 20,000.
  • Payments should be made through digital platforms (Credit/Debit Card, Net-banking, UPI), and only successful transactions will be accepted. Completing the payment before the specified deadline is important, as late payments will not be entertained.

Step 3: Document Submission

  • Candidates must upload the following documents in PDF format during the online registration: Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent marks sheet, showing the required minimum aggregate percentage; Statement of Marks for 10th grade; Character Certificate (issued within the last six months); and valid category certificates (PwD/SC/ST/OBC/EWS).

Step 4: Provisional Merit List

  • After the counselling registration process, the provisional merit list for each category will be released.
  • Candidates must check their merit status and pay the Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee of Rs. 50,000 if selected in the first to third merit lists.
  • This fee will be adjusted against the total fee payable. Failure to pay the fee within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the provisional admission offer.

  • Candidates from the First to Third Merit Lists must pay the Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee by the following deadlines: January 4, 2025, January 15, 2025, and January 28, 2025.
