CU BA LLB 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have cleared class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
• Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam in the best of four subjects except for compulsory environmental Studies of WBCHSE.
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC/PwD must have scored a minimum of 40%aggregate marks in the qualifying exam in the best of four subjects excluding the compulsory Environmental Studies of WBCHSE.
• Candidates who have passed class 12th form board apart from WBCHSE, CBSE, ICSE, Rabindra Mukto Vidyalaya, and NIOS shall obtain an equivalent certificate from the Registrar's Office by a written application on a plain paper with a photocopy of the class 12th mark sheet attached to it. At the time of the admission, this certificate must be presented before the authorities. The Registrar's Office (equivalence section) is situated at the University of Calcutta, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata-700073.
