TS LAWCET Result 2025: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE)has announced the official dates for the release of TS LAWCET Result 2025. The result will be declared on 25 June 2025 on the official website at lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates can download  their results by logging in through their registration number and date of birth. The TS LAWCET topper list will also be announced along with the results. The registration for the TS LAWCET counsellimg will start after a month of result declaration. On behalf of the TSCHE, Osmania University will conduct the TS LAWCET 2025 entrance exam on 6 June 2025, in online mode.

Qualifying Marks for TS LAWCET 2025

The qualifying marks for TS LAWCET 2025 are set at 35% of the total marks, which means candidates from the General and OBC categories must score at least 42 out of 120 to be eligible for ranking and admission consideration. However, there are no minimum qualifying marks required for candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories. They simply need to appear for the exam. TS LAWCET 2025 Merit List Tie - Breaking Rule

The TS LAWCET 2025 merit list tie-breaking rule is applied when two or more candidates secure the same overall marks in the entrance exam. The process follows a specific order. 

  • First, preference is given to the candidate scoring higher marks in Part C (Aptitude for the Study of Law)
  • If the tie remains, the candidate with higher marks in Part B (Current Affairs) is ranked higher. 
  • If the tie still persists, the older candidate by age is given preference in the merit list. 

TS LAWCET 2025 Result: Normalization of Marks

The TS LAWCET 2025 result uses a normalization process. Normalization adjusts the scores so that candidates from easier sessions do not have an undue advantage, and those from tougher sessions are not disadvantaged. Only those who complete all steps, including self-reporting to the allotted college, will secure admission for the academic year.
