AP ICET 2nd Counselling 2026 dates are expected to be announced soon by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The second phase of counselling will be conducted for MBA and MCA admissions against the seats left vacant after Phase 1.

The AP ICET 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment result was released on September 9, 2026. Candidates who received seats in the first phase had to complete self-reporting and report to the allotted college by September 14, 2026. AP ICET 2nd Counselling 2026: What Happens in Phase 2?

The second counselling phase will fill seats that remain vacant after the first phase. The process is expected to follow these steps:

  1. Online registration and fee payment: Eligible candidates will have to register through the counselling portal and pay the required fee, if applicable.

  2. Certificate verification: Candidates will need to complete certificate verification as per the counselling rules.

  3. Web options entry: Candidates can select their preferred colleges and courses.

  4. Option modification: Candidates may get a chance to change their selected options within the given time.

  5. Seat allotment: Seats will be allotted based on available vacancies, candidate rank, category and other applicable rules.

  6. College reporting: Candidates who receive a seat will have to complete self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted college within the given deadline.

Who Can Participate in AP ICET 2nd Counselling 2026?

Candidates should check the official Phase 2 notification before registering. Based on the given counselling information, the following candidates may be eligible to take part:

  • Candidates who did not participate in Phase 1.

  • Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Phase 1.

  • Candidates who did not accept their Phase 1 allotment, subject to the official counselling rules.

  • Other candidates allowed under the Phase 2 guidelines issued by APSCHE.

Based on these figures, 38,405 seats may remain for the later counselling phases. However, this is only a calculation based on the total and Phase 1 allotment figures. The actual number of seats available for Phase 2 will depend on the official provisional vacant seat list.

AP ICET 2nd Counselling 2026 Vacant Seat List is expected to be released along with, or around the time of, the Phase 2 counselling schedule. It will show the seats available after the first round.
