Candidates can follow the steps below to complete AP ICET counselling registration.
Visit the official website, cap.apcfss.in.
Click on Candidate Login.
Select New Registration.
Choose AP ICET from the available options.
Select the required Degree Board.
Enter the Bachelor's degree hall ticket number.
Enter the year of passing the undergraduate degree.
Enter the date of birth.
Enter the registered mobile number.
Enter the Aadhaar number.
Read and accept the declaration.
Complete the OTP verification.
The login details will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Use the login details to continue the counselling process.
Candidates have to pay a counselling processing fee during registration. The fee is different for different categories.
OC/BC candidates: ₹1,250
SC/ST candidates: ₹650
The fee can be paid through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. The counselling processing fee is non-refundable.
If a failed payment transaction causes an excess amount to be debited, the amount is stated to be refunded automatically within 7 working days.

Candidates must meet the required eligibility conditions to participate in the counselling process. A candidate should have a recognised Bachelor's degree of at least three years.
For OC candidates, at least 50% aggregate marks are required in graduation. For SC, ST, and BC candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 45%.
Candidates who have completed a degree through distance mode must have a degree recognised by the required authorities, including UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB, as applicable.

Certificate verification will be conducted from 25 August to 1 September 2026. General candidates will undergo online certificate verification.
Candidates belonging to certain special categories have to attend physical document verification. These categories include PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides, and Anglo-Indian candidates.
Candidates should regularly check the counselling portal to know the status of certificate verification. Only candidates whose status is marked Eligible can move to the web-options entry stage.
Eligible candidates can enter their preferred colleges and courses through the web-options facility from 27 August to 2 September 2026. Candidates should check the available choices and arrange them in the order of preference.
The option entry stage is important because seat allotment is based on factors such as rank, eligibility, category, availability of seats, and the choices entered by the candidate.

Physical reporting at the allotted college is scheduled from 8 September to 11 September 2026. Candidates should report within the given dates and carry the required documents.
