CAT 2024 Registration Started: IIM CAT 2024 registration has begun. MBA candidates can apply for this national MBA entrance exam starting today until September 13, 2024. The CAT 2024 exam will take place on November 24, 2024, in 170 cities across India, making it accessible for candidates from all regions. CAT 2024 Registration Started Overview

• Aspirants must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, PwD) and there is no upper age limit.
• The CAT 2024 exam will be held on November 24, 2024 in three slots.
• The admit cards will be available for download from October 25, 2024 onwards and the results are expected to be declared in the last week of December 2024 or first week of January 2025.

• The registration link is iimcat.ac.in .
• Recommended web browsers for form filling: Mozilla Firefox (version 94 to 112), Google Chrome (88 to 113), or Microsoft Edge (88 to 113).
• The CAT 2024 application form is compatible with Android (version 4.0 and above) and iOS (version 11 and above), allowing candidates to fill the form on smartphones.
• Ensure the accuracy of your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address, as these details cannot be changed after registration.
• Candidates can select only five cities for test center allotment. It is recommended to select your hometown or city of residence as the first option, as the examination authority will try to allot the test center in your city of first preference.
• Academic and personal details must be filled in correctly, as these fields are non-editable after form submission.
• The CAT registration fee has been increased to INR 2500 for General category candidates and to INR 1250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
• The fee payment must be completed by September 13, 2024, as registration will remain incomplete until the fee is paid.
• During the CAT 2024 form correction process, only images, signatures, and test cities can be edited.
