With the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 set for November 30, candidates must follow the exam-day regulations and carry all compulsory documents. The management entrance test will be conducted in three two-hour slots, and IIM Kozhikode has released the admit cards on iimcat.ac.in.
The hall ticket includes the candidate’s name, application number, exam date, session, reporting time, gate closing time, allotted centre, and all exam-day instructions. Candidates should verify every detail and adhere strictly to the guidelines.
A printed A4-size copy of the CAT 2025 admit card
A valid original photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN or Indian passport)
Scribe affidavit, only for candidates approved to use one
The photograph on the admit card must match the one submitted during the application.
Candidates must not carry:
Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices or any electronic gadgets
Any type of watch
Metallic jewellery or accessories
Footwear with thick soles
Clothing with large buttons
Wallets or personal stationery
Candidates must carry both the printed admit card and original ID for verification. The correct photograph must be affixed to the admit card beforehand. After the test, the admit card, pen and scribble pad must be dropped in the designated box.
The exam must be completed using only the mouse; any use of the keyboard results in the system locking. Personal pens, calculators, electronic devices, goggles or any restricted items are not allowed inside the hall.
Before beginning the test, candidates must agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which bars sharing or storing any exam-related content in any form.
A valid CAT 2025 score qualifies candidates to apply for postgraduate management programmes at the IIMs and other participating institutions across India.
