Stage 1

• Candidates who participated in CAT 2023 and met IIM Nagpur's minimum cut-off will be invited via email to apply for the MBA program at IIM Nagpur.

• Only applicants who complete the application will proceed to the subsequent stages of admission.

Stage 2

Applicants who submit their applications will undergo shortlisting for a personal interview based on their Shortlisting Score (SS). The SS is computed using the CAT score and the Gender Diversity Index (GDI).

• CAT score: The CAT score is normalized on a scale of 0-10.

• GDI Score: A 10-point GDI score is granted exclusively to female and transgender candidates.

Stage 3 

• Candidates shortlisted in stage 2 will be invited for a personal interview at the IIM Nagpur campus. Following the discussions, candidates will be selected based on their Final Score (FS). 

• The FS is determined by considering the CAT score, PI score, Past Academic Performance (PAP) score, Work Experience (WE) score, and Gender Diversity (GDI) score. The Final Score (FS) is calculated using the formula:
