TSICET Eligibility Criteria for Admission

1. Only Indian citizens are eligible to complete the TSICET counseling process.
2. Candidates must be residents of either Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
3. To qualify for MBA admission, candidates must hold a minimum three-year bachelor's degree.
4. Eligible degrees for MBA admission include BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A (with mathematics at either the 10+2 level or during Graduation).
5. Any degree obtained through distance learning/open distance learning must be recognized by a Joint Committee comprising UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB.

TSICET Counselling 2023: Final Phase

Key Highlights of TSICET Final Phase Counselling

1. Choices made during the first phase of TSICET counseling are not taken into account for seat allocation during the final phase. Candidates must submit new preferences for the final phase of counseling.
2. Candidates who have already been assigned a seat and are seeking an improved allocation in the final phase will have their initial allotment canceled if a new allotment order is issued. Such candidates will not retain any rights to the allotment order generated in the initial phase of TSICET counseling 2023 .
3. The tuition fees paid during the initial phase of counseling can be adjusted against the seat allocated during the final phase. However, candidates also have the option to apply for admission cancellation or withdrawal.
4. Candidates who are content with the seat allotted in the initial phase of counseling should refrain from exercising options in the final phase of TSICET counseling .

1. Visit the official TS ICET Counselling portal at www.tsicet.nic.in .
2. Click on the "New Registration" link to initiate the process.
3. Input essential personal details, including name, date of birth, TSICET hall ticket number, rank, and other relevant information.
4. Fulfill the counselling fee requirement, amounting to Rs 1200 for UR Category and Rs 600 for Reserved Category, to finalize the registration.
5. Access and download the TSICET allotment letter via the TSCHE official website using provided login credentials.
6. Reserve a slot by settling the processing fees for TSICET counselling 2023 , applicable for each phase.
7. Complete document verification at the assigned help centers.

Eligibility for Option Entry in Final Phase of TSICET Counselling

1. Candidates who have obtained a seat in the initial counseling phase but have no intention of joining.
2. Candidates who have had their certificates verified but did not secure a seat.
3. Candidates who completed the certificate verification process but did not participate in the option entry.
4. Those who have secured a seat, confirmed it, and still aim for a more favorable option.
5. Any other candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Cancellation of Seats after TSICET Counselling 2023

1. The original certificates received during document verification at the helpline center.
2. The provisional allotment order.
3. Proof of fee payment.
4. A formal request letter requesting the cancellation of the allocated seats.

Refund of Tuition Fee in case of Cancellation of Admission

1. TSCHE will not forfeit the tuition fee if the cancellation request is submitted before the specified cutoff date for admission cancellation following the initial phase. In such cases, the entire tuition fee paid will be refunded through the same payment mode used for the fee payment.
2. In the case of University colleges, the entire tuition fee (100 percent) will be forfeited if the cancellation request is made after the final phase.
3. If the cancellation request is submitted after the final phase but before the specified cutoff date mentioned in the allotment order, 50 percent of the tuition fee will be forfeited.
4. However, for Private Unaided colleges, the full tuition fee (100 percent) will be forfeited if the cancellation request is placed after the specified cutoff date.
