XAT 2025 is set to take place on January 5, 2025 , with registration already open until December 10, 2024 . This year's exam introduces significant changes: the Essay Writing section has been removed , and the total exam duration is now 210 minutes , allowing candidates more time to complete the test. The revised structure includes four sections: Decision Making , Verbal & Logical Ability , Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation , and General Knowledge , with a total of 101 questions . Notably, the General Knowledge section has been reduced from 25 to 20 questions, while the Decision Making section remains crucial for assessing candidates' problem-solving skills.
