As of this update, NBEMS is releasing the NEET PG 2026 city intimation slip today, August 11, at natboard.edu.in, allowing candidates to check their allotted exam city and plan their travel accordingly. Some candidate dashboards may reflect the update with a short delay as NBEMS rolls out access in batches — if your login doesn't show the slip yet, check back later today and keep refreshing the candidate portal.
Multiple official-schedule reports through the week had flagged August 11 as the confirmed release date, so this window is not a last-minute change — it has been on the NBEMS calendar for several days now.

The city intimation slip will carry the following information:
Candidate's name
Application/registration number
Roll number
Date of examination
Allotted exam city
Note: it does not carry your exact exam centre address, reporting time, or centre code — those will only appear on the admit card.
This is a common point of confusion every exam cycle, so it's worth spelling out clearly:
City Intimation Slip – tells you only the city where your centre is located. Purpose: help you plan travel and accommodation in advance.
Admit Card – carries the exact exam centre name, address, reporting time, and other exam-day instructions. NBEMS has scheduled the NEET PG 2026 admit card for release on August 27, 2026.
Do not treat the city slip as your final entry pass — you will still need the admit card to enter the exam centre on August 30.
A key change candidates should know: allocation is not first-come-first-served. Submitting the application early does not guarantee a preferred city, state, or centre. During the application process, candidates selected three preferred test states — the first had to match their correspondence-address state, while the other two were chosen from neighbouring states. Correspondence address and state preferences could not be changed after submission, including during the edit window.
If your allotted city differs from your preference, there is currently no confirmed reallocation process announced by NBEMS for this cycle — treat this as not yet announced rather than assuming a fix is available, and rely only on official NBEMS communication for any change requests.
