As per the revised schedule, the application form reopened from June 13 to June 17, 2025, exclusively for selecting the exam city. Candidates had to register at nbe.edu.in, provide basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number, and complete the application process by uploading documents and paying the non-refundable fee. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) opened the NEET PG 2025 form correction window on June 20, 2025, and the last date to edit the form is June 22, 2025. The final cut-off date to apply remains July 31, 2025. Candidates who successfully complete the application process and meet the eligibility criteria will be issued the NEET PG 2025 admit card on July 31, 2025. Initially scheduled for June 15, the NEET PG 2025 exam has been postponed to August 3, 2025, and will now be conducted in a single shift, as per the Supreme Court's directive issued on June 2.

- MBBS university, college, year of passing
- Internship details (dates, hospital name, location)
Exam Details:
- Choose your preferred NEET PG exam city
- The list updates in real-time based on seat availability

How to Edit Details in NEET PG 2025 Application Form
Candidates can make corrections to their NEET PG 2025 application form by following the steps below during the designated edit window:
- Go to the official NBE website at nbe.edu.in.
- Select the “NEET PG” section from the homepage.
- Click on “Applicant Login” and enter your user ID and password.
- After logging in, the application dashboard will be displayed.
- Click on the “Go to Application Form” tab visible at the top of the screen.
- Your registration details will open in editable format.
- Make the necessary corrections and double-check each section carefully.
- After updating each section, click “Save and Next” to proceed.
- Enter the captcha and click on “Save and Submit” to confirm changes.
- A preview of the updated application form will be shown for final verification.
