NEET 2024 Registration Last Date Extended: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET (UG)) – 2024. Initially set for March 9th, 2024, the deadline has been pushed to a new date to accommodate the needs of NEET candidates. The new deadline for registration is now March 16th, 2024, till 11:50 PM, with the last date for fee submission extended accordingly.
The NEET (UG) – 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 5th, 2024, from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM, across the country in pen and paper (offline) mode. Additionally, the exam will be held in 14 cities outside India.The decision to extend the NEET 2024 registration deadline was made in response to the challenges faced by NEET aspirants during the NEET 2024 Application process. In response to directions from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the National Medical Commission, it has been decided that all proposed changes in NEET (UG) – 2024 will be deferred for this year. This means that there will be no changes in terms and conditions except for the syllabus, which will be the same as NEET (UG) 2023.
