Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and other required documents in the prescribed format.

Step 7: Pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

Step 8: Review all details carefully and submit the application form.

Eligibility Criteria Of NEET UG 2026 Exam

To sit for the exam, a candidate must meet specific age and academic requirements:

  • Minimum Age:  17 years old by December 31, 2026.

  • Academic Qualification: You must have passed or be appearing for your Class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.

  • Minimum Percentage (PCB Aggregate):

  • General/EWS: 50%

  • OBC/SC/ST: 40%

  • PwBD: 45%

NEET UG 2026 is an offline (pen-and-paper) test. Candidates receive an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet where they must shade the correct bubbles using a ballpoint pen.
