Step 2: Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Registration” link on the homepage.
Step 3: Complete the registration by entering basic details like name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
Step 4: Log in using the application number and password sent to your registered details.
Step 5: Fill in personal, academic, and contact details carefully in the application form.
Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and other required documents in the prescribed format.
Step 7: Pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Step 8: Review all details carefully and submit the application form.

To sit for the exam, a candidate must meet specific age and academic requirements:
Minimum Age: 17 years old by December 31, 2026.

NEET UG 2026 is an offline (pen-and-paper) test. Candidates receive an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet where they must shade the correct bubbles using a ballpoint pen.
