Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2025 Documents Required for NRI

1. Along with an undertaking in the prescribed Proforma-6 on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- signed by the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO and duly notarized, a proof in the form of a certificate issued by the Indian embassy in the relevant country or the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, for this purpose is required if the Sponsor is an NRI, OCI, or PIO who is currently residing in India.
2. A properly notarized undertaking in the required Proforma-7, executed by the notarized Notary Public of the foreign country where the sponsor resides and sponsor, will be considered sufficient as to the factum of the sponsor's residence if the sponsor is an NRI, OCI, or PIO and resides outside of India. The NRI undertaking has to be granted on or after NEET 2025.
3. Proforma-8 must be completed by the father, mother, and local (Indian) guardian in addition to the applicant's address to confirm the relationship between the candidate and the sponsor.
4. Proof of parent's and the local guardian's (Indian) addresses.
