Step 1: Generation of Registration ID

• Visit the website ugcourses.aiimsexams.ac.in.
• Navigate to 'Registration > Login'.
• Choose any BSc course under the paramedical category.
• Click on 'Proceed'.
• Proceed to 'Basic Registration Form (UG Courses)'.
• You'll be directed to the PAAR Basic registration page.
• In the new basic registration zone, select 'Click here for new basic registration'.
• Carefully read the instructions and click 'Proceed'.
• The Basic Registration form will appear on the screen.
• Fill in the required details in the relevant fields.
• Verify the entered information as it cannot be modified after this stage.
• Check the declaration box after reading it.
• Click on 'Generate registration ID and password'.
• The system-generated registration ID will be displayed.
• Make sure to note down this AIIMS Paramedical registration ID. The password will also be sent to the candidate's registered email ID. Keep these credentials safe as they will be utilized throughout the admission process.

Step 2: Image Upload

• Log in using the applicant login zone.
• A pre-filled form will appear on the screen.
• Verify the details for any errors. If accurate, choose 'Proceed' to continue. Otherwise, select 'Edit' to make necessary corrections and then proceed.
• Upload the photograph and ensure to mark the checkboxes before clicking 'I agree'.
• Repeat the same process for uploading the signature and thumb impression.
• Carefully review the declaration and click on 'Submit'.
• The complete basic registration form will now be displayed on the screen.
• Candidates are advised to save this page for future reference.
