CPNET ANM GNM Counselling 2025 will be conducted by UPUMS, Saifai for candidates who clear the entrance exam and appear in the merit list. The result has been declared on 15th July 2025 and the merit list may be published by 23rd-24th July 2025. This counselling process is for admission into ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) courses. To participate, candidates must complete online registration by paying a ₹500 counselling fee and a ₹10,000 refundable security deposit.
The counselling will be held in multiple phases i.e., First Round, Second Round, and Mop-Up Round, depending on seat availability. Seats will be confirmed only after reporting on time at the allotted college with all required documents. If a candidate fails to report, the seat will be given to the next eligible person. Reserved category seats may also be converted to the General category if left vacant.

After the counselling, only those who complete admission on time will be selected. Below are the rules that will be followed after seat allotment.
If you report to the college with your documents on time, your seat will be confirmed
If you don’t go on time, your seat will be given to someone else
Empty seats after all rounds will be given to the next eligible candidates in UR category
If you don’t show up for counselling, you can’t join in the next rounds (except if seats are vacant)
