B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognised university/institute; or
Regular B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised university/institute; or
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised university/institute; and
Registration as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN & RM) with a State Nursing Council.
OR
Route B:
Diploma in General Nursing and Mid-wifery from a recognised Board or Council;
Registration as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife from a State Nursing Council; and
One year of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the required educational qualification.
