Asian Physics Olympiad 2025: The Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) is an annual competition for high school students in Asia and Oceania. It is one of the international science Olympiads. It was initiated in 2000 by Indonesia.
APhO typically occurs in late April or early May, with over twenty countries and regions participating in the competition since its inception. Its conducting process is closely similar to the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO), except that each participating country may send a maximum of eight contestants instead of five as in the IPhO. The Asian Physics Olympiad 2025 has significantly enhanced the quality of physics education in the Asian region, while also offering an additional opportunity and creating a new avenue for bright young students to broaden their perspectives on the outside world.I.
