The INJSO eligibility criteria are as follows:
Students must be Indian nationals studying in India.
They must be less than 16 years of age on January 1, 2024.
They must be in Class 10 or below as of November 30, 2023.
Students must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in Class IX and the current academic year up to the end of the first semester.
Students must not have taken any subject in Class 10 before its due time.
Students must not have appeared in any of the previous International Junior Science Olympiads (IJSO) or have undergone any orientation or training programme in any subject of natural science at a higher level before.
