Pre-Departure Camp of IOQM 2026 is a 14-day preparation camp by Olympiad Wallah, a part of Physics Wallah. The camp will be held from 12 August to 25 August 2026 in Kota, Rajasthan. It is planned to help selected students prepare for the IOQM 2026 exam, which will be held on 6 September 2026.
The camp will be available in three modes: Offline, Online Live and Recorded. Selected students from outside Kota can also get free travel, food and accommodation for the offline camp.
Pre-Departure Camp, also called IOQM PDC 2026, is a final preparation camp for students who are preparing for the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics. It is not a beginner course. The camp is mainly for students who already have a good base in mathematics and want to improve their problem-solving skills.
The camp focuses on important areas of the IOQM syllabus such as Number Theory, Combinatorics, Algebra, and Geometry. Students will also take mock tests, discuss their mistakes and learn how to manage time during the exam.
IOQM Pre-Departure Camp 2026 has been scheduled for 12 August to 25 August 2026. The camp duration is around 14 days through offline and online modes.

IOQM PDC 2026 Pre-Departure camp is available offline and online. It depends on the candidates to choose the camp pre-training modes accordingly.
The offline camp will be held in Kota. Students will attend classes in person and take part in problem-solving sessions and tests.
Selected students coming from outside Kota can get free to-and-fro train travel, accommodation and food during the camp. Separate hostel arrangements are provided for boys and girls.
Students who cannot travel to Kota can attend the camp through live online classes. They can learn from the same faculty and take part in the same tests and learning sessions.
The camp sessions will also be recorded. Students can watch the sessions later if they miss a class or want to revise a topic.

The camp is not open for direct registration for everyone. There are three main ways to get selected:
Open Mega Test: Students who perform well in the Mega Test may be called for an interview.
Faculty Nomination: Students who perform well in PW's Maths Olympiad batches may be nominated by faculty.
Direct Entry: Students who have appeared in IOQM earlier or cleared Stage 1 in a previous year can apply through the official form.
The interview is an important part of the selection process. It checks the student's ability to solve and explain mathematical problems.
IOQM PDC selection process includes the following steps.
Fill out the official application form.
Wait for application verification.
Attend the interview if shortlisted.
Get selected for the Offline, online, or recorded batch.
Selected offline students receive travel and accommodation details from the team.
IOQM 2026 exam will be held on 6 September 2026. It will be a 3-hour, offline, pen-and-paper exam. Students will give integer answers from 00 to 99. There will be no negative marking.
