RRB Group D Correction Window 2026: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the Detailed Centralised Employment Notification (CEN No. 09/2025) for various Level-1 posts within the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix. This recruitment drive invites online applications from eligible Indian nationals. Applicants must submit accurate information. Candidates can apply online for RRB Group D posts from January 31 to March 2, 2026. The RRB Group D Correction Window will be open from March 5 to March 14, 2026.

RRB Group D Application Form Correction

The RRB Group D Application Form Correction Link will be active from March 5 to March 14, 2026. Candidates can visit the RRB official website and log in to correct the application form details accordingly. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will not entertain any candidates request for modifying the RRB Group D wrong details after the deadline. 

List of Non-Editable Details In RRB Group D Application Form

RRB has allowed the candidates for RRB Group D Edit Application Form. Still, there is a list of non-editable details that, if entered incorrectly, cannot be rectified using the RRB Group D Application Form Correction online. It includes the details used for creating the account for the online application.

• Date of Birth

RRB Group D Form Mistake Correction Fee

Candidates are required to pay a form correction fee depending on the correction requirements needed in the RRB Group D Application Form. They can access the RRB Group D Correction Window to make the correction and pay the fee accordingly. 

• If a candidate changes their community from SC/ST to UR/OBC/EWS, they must pay the difference in the examination fee (an additional ₹250) along with the modification fee.

• Similarly, switching from a fee-exempt category (like PwBD, Female, or ExSM) to a non-exempt category requires paying the examination fee difference in addition to the modification fee.

Important Guidelines For RRB Group Edit Application Form 

Candidates should follow the guidelines to edit the application form. 

• Correction Dates: March 5, 2026, to March 14, 2026 (23:59 Hrs).

• Non-Editable Details: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID.

• Permanent Choice: The chosen RRB/Railway Zone cannot be modified.

• Modification Fee: ₹250 for each correction session.

• Fee Refund: The modification fee is non-refundable for all candidates.

• Category Change Fee: Changing from SC/ST to UR/OBC/EWS requires an extra ₹250 (the exam fee difference) plus the ₹250 modification fee.

• Gender/ExSM Change Fee: Switching from fee-exempt (Female, PwBD, ExSM, etc.) to non-exempt categories also requires paying the exam fee difference.

• Login Method: Use your original account credentials to access the modification link.

• Finality: No correction requests will be accepted after March 14, 2026.

• Verification Risk: Any claims modified in the form must be supported by original documents during Document Verification, or your candidature will be cancelled.
