
The Delhi Development Authority has published the complete exam schedule for its 2025 recruitment drive. The Stage-I Computer-Based Test is set to take place from December 16, 2025, to January 3, 2026, covering various technical, administrative and support posts across Groups A, B and C. A total of 1,732 vacancies have been announced in this cycle.
Registrations for the recruitment opened on October 6 and closed on November 5 under Advertisement No. 09/2025. With the exam spread across multiple days, candidates will be appearing as per the slot allotted in the official timetable.
Group A – 53 posts: Senior administrative and technical roles
Group B – 324 posts: Engineering, supervisory and mid-level positions
Group C – 1,355 posts: Clerical, field and support staff
Category-wise distribution includes 769 UR, 452 OBC-NCL, 173 EWS, 207 SC and 131 ST posts.

Stage-I CBT: 16 December 2025 to 3 January 2026
Positions span across the 7th CPC pay matrix and include Deputy Director, Assistant Director, AEE, Junior Engineer, Legal Assistant, Planning Assistant, Programmer, JSA, Patwari, Stenographer Grade D, MTS, Surveyor and others.
All candidates will first appear for the Stage-I CBT. Shortlisted applicants will move to post-specific Stage-II tests such as interviews, skill assessments or typing tests, followed by document verification and medical checks wherever applicable.
The application fee is ₹2,500 for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS categories. SC, ST, PwBD, women, ex-servicemen and transgender applicants are required to pay ₹1,500, which is refundable (minus bank charges) for eligible candidates who attend the exam.
