The FCI Assistant Grade 3 Selection Process 2025 consists of two main online examination phases. Phase 1 is a preliminary screening test covering English language, reasoning, numerical ability, and general studies, designed to shortlist candidates for Phase 2. Phase 2 is more specialized, including Paper 1 for all candidates and Paper 2 for specific posts like Accounts and Technical, testing in-depth knowledge of the respective fields. The FCI AG 3 Exam Pattern 2025 for Phase I Online exam is as follows.- FCI AG 3 Phase 1 Exam 2025 is common irrespective of the post you have applied for,
- FCI AG III Phase 1 Exam is conducted online.
- There are 4 sections and each section will carry 25 questions.
- Each question will be allotted 1 mark.
- There will be a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question.
- There is a sectional timing of 15 minutes for each section

The FCI AG 3 Phase 2 Exam is further divided into two papers. The candidate should note that one-fourth of the marks for the question in the second part will carry negative marks.
